After you've set up your campaign through CHC:

Prepare Campaign

• Decide how long the campaign will run...A week? A month? Two months?
• Decide on the pledge form you will use. Pick from one of ours or we can customize one to meet your needs.
• Select the charities you want to include.

Hold Campaign

• Get everyone involved:
  -Hold a kick-off event
  -Follow up with employees throughout the event

Collect and Process Results

• Collect the pledge forms and process payroll deductions specified by donor
• Turn pledge forms over to CHC
• Report results so employees know the difference they made
